Suzayn is thrilled to continue her career at Crossroads Live in the role of Tour Operations Manager. Drawing on over a decade of hands-on touring and production experience, she brings a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to keep a show running smoothly on the road, supporting the company’s touring productions from a systems, documentation, training, and logistics perspective.

Before transitioning into Crossroads office life, Suzayn toured extensively as a Production Stage Manager and Star Manager on Broadway national and international tours. Favorite credits include Tootsie (1st National), Escape to Margaritaville (1st National), multiple tours of Annie (National and International), Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth, and Fiddler on the Roof. She has toured through 49 states and, thanks to production management work, has now set foot in all 50. Since transitioning off the road, she has been firmly rooted in production management, assisting the team through several seasons of productions. She is passionate about bringing Broadway theatre to communities that wouldn't otherwise have the experience.

Suzayn has served as a visiting artist and guest speaker at her alma mater, SUNY Oswego, where she earned a BA in Theatre with a concentration in Stage Management. While between tours, she spent two years as the university’s Facilities Manager and Stage Management instructor, training the next generation of theatre professionals.

One of her greatest accomplishments is balancing tour life with motherhood: touring as a PSM while pregnant, and subsequently with her toddler son for three tours.
