WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an Office & Finance Assistant to join our friendly team. The primary aspects of the role are to support the Office Manager in the day-to-day smooth running of the office, and to assist Finance with various administrative duties.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Office Duties:
Welcoming visitors, and handling incoming calls
Administrative support
To be the first point of contact for the building’s managing agents and other tenants
Managing of deliveries, couriers and post
Managing office stock including stationery and kitchen supplies
Booking of restaurants, cars and some travel
This is a varied role, with additional ad-hoc duties
Finance Duties:
Inputting petty cash, credit card statements and purchase invoices onto Sage
Monitoring credit card transactions for all shows via our business expenses management system and analysing monthly spend
Creating monthly credit card summaries
Raise sales invoices in Excel
Ad-hoc duties to assist Management Accountants
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Experience in a fast-paced office, or customer facing environment
Good people skills and telephone manner, along with a positive, proactive and flexible approach
Excellent organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise
Proficient in MS Office, Excel and Outlook
Not essential but First Aid training is desirable
HOW TO APPLY
Location: This is an office-based role. You’ll be based in our busy Covent Garden General Management office.
Hours: 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
Salary: IRO £27,000 PA - According to skills and experience.
Holidays: 28 days per annum including bank holidays, rising in stages to 33 days per annum including bank holidays.
Start: August/September
