Jan Baister is Group Marketing Director for Crossroads Live and has a career spanning over 20 years in the West End, UK theatre and the live entertainment industry.

As a Marketing Consultant she has worked with a diverse range of clients including, Trafalgar Entertainment (Jersey Boys, A Strange Loop and Anything Goes), Runaway Entertainment (2:22 A Ghost Story), The Path Entertainment Group on immersive experiences, Monopoly Lifesized and SAW: The Experience and with Smart Entertainment on documentary theatre productions, Grenfell: Value Engineering and Grenfell: System Failure to name a few. 

Prior to this Jan was an Account Director at AKA, the global marketing and advertising agency, leading the strategy on commercial transfers from the National Theatre, such as War Horse and The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time and many other plays and musicals.

Her wide experience includes leading the marketing at Ticketmaster, See Tickets, and for the Cameron Mackintosh owned venue chain, Delfont Mackintosh Theatres.

She is a huge advocate of new writing and emerging producers and is a Trustee of the Gate Theatre.
